Residential Sales Manager Role:
As the Residential Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the residential sales team, motivating staff, hitting targets, and delivering excellent customer service. This role requires an individual with a strong background in estate agency sales and proven leadership abilities.
Residential Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:
Manage, train, and motivate a team of negotiators and support staff
Drive residential property sales and ensure branch profitability
Conduct market appraisals and win new instructions
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
What They Are Looking For:
Essential:
Proven experience in residential estate agency sales
Previous management or senior negotiator experience
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills
Desirable:
Local knowledge of the Bicester property market
