**SENIOR CDP REQUIRED – NO WEEKENDS**
We are looking for a Senior CDP for an ongoing weekly booking in Perth. The role is Monday – Friday, 6am – 2pm, £17.14 per hour with one of our contract catering clients.
Please note, this is not a permanent position it is a temporary role on a week to week basis.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard which will include breakfast and lunches
* Ensure food is cooked and presented accordingly to health and safety regulations
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen
* Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow
* Uphold safety and sanitation standards at all times
What we ask of our Chefs?
* Previous chef experience up to Senior Chef De Partie level
* Own chef whites and knives
* Right to work in the UK
* Drivers preferred but not essential
