* Intentionally form leaders who are deeply rooted in their relationship with Jesus, act boldly in His name, and inspire others.
About the role
The Diocese of Carlisle is seeking a gifted teacher committed to ministry development and able to enthuse, listen and resource others in both lay and ordained ministries. The role will make a key contribution to the Ministry Development Vision and Plan for 2030.
Part‑time position of 21 hours a week.
Key skills and experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to effectively plan, organise and deliver.
* Experience in ministry development and formation.
* Ability to relate generously and positively to theological traditions other than your own.
* Practising Christian (required by Part 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010).
Salary and benefits
Salary £40,462 FTE plus 15% non‑contributory pension, or an ordained candidate may choose the Church of England Clergy Pension Scheme.
