Job Title: 7.5Tonne Driver Location: Welwyn Garden City Basic Salary: Exactly, 13 per hour Employment Type: Temp or Temporary to Permanent Job Description : We are currently seeking experienced and reliable HGV2 or 7.5t Drivers to join our team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading companies and gain valuable experience in the transport sector. Key Responsibilities : Safely operate HGV2, 7.5t or 5.5t vehicles according to company and legal guidelines. Complete deliveries and collections as scheduled and/or requested. Ensure all goods are transported safely and securely. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with the logistics team and customers. Requirements : Valid C1, C and/or CE categories and clean driving record (no DR, IN endorsements). Valid CPC Valid Tacho Card Newly passed drivers are welcome! Proven experience in a similar role desired. Good understanding of traffic laws and regulations. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
