Account Executive Location: Kings Hill, Kent Hours: Monday–Friday Salary: £35,000 DOE Due to continued and exciting growth, we are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Account Executive to join the Commercial Team. Key Responsibilities: * Handle day to day queries regarding orders, availability, pricing and delivery times. * Support the commercial team with sales administration duties and customer requirements. * Update customer forecasts and monitor customers order patterns. * Attend daily internal meeting with the operations team. * Receive feedback on customers’ orders and update the planning team with details and purchase orders. * Liaise with the ripening team to validate issues. * Arrange for customers credit notes and replacements or returns when necessary. * Build trust and relationships by providing consistent communication and quick responses.
