To contribute to achieving excellence in teaching and learning through innovative and excellent practice. You will create effective and stimulating learning opportunities for all students through high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment. Monitor students' academic performance, provide feedback, supervise, and motivate students to achieve their goals. Our cohort includes 16-18 year olds and adult learners.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Essential Criteria
* Degree or equivalent in Mathematics or related field.
* Recent successful teaching experience.
* Proficient in IT and college software.
* Experience in curriculum planning and delivery in Mathematics.
* Knowledge of GCSE Mathematics and functional skills.
* Committed to CPD.
* Level 2 literacy and numeracy or willingness to achieve.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to motivate learners.
* Responsibility for learner progress.
* Ability to assess and mark work effectively.
Desirable Criteria
* Teaching qualification.
* Experience using ICT in curriculum delivery.
