As a highly valued member of our Home Care Team in Rustington you'll use your experience to actively and positively support our Care Assistants and ensure the smooth running of our award winning services.

You'll be…

* Proactive – assessing client's care plans & keeping records are accurate
* Liaising – communicating closely with colleagues
* Supportive –supervising Care Assistants & supporting their development
* Responsible – providing care to clients when required

* Contracted Hours: 22.5 hours per week over 3 days - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

You'll need…

* Proven experience in providing care to people with a range of conditions
* An understanding of person-centred care & support provision
* Excellent communication &strong teamwork skills
* Experience in a supervising & coordinating staff
* IT literacy
* Patience, compassion & a positive attitude
* A responsible, dedicated & flexible approach to your work
* The ability to prioritise & multitask

A driving licence & access to a vehicle

You'll receive advanced training from our exclusive Alina Homecare Academy Team where you'll learn how to deliver our high quality care so no previous experience or qualifications are required.

The role is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.
