Job not to be advertised, therefore no advert is needed. This is an in service training post through the National School of Healthcare science. Francesca Young has already been interviewed for suitability, applied and has been approved for the post by the national school. The funding has already been approved. Francesca will continue to work in the department as a supernumerary trainee.

Experience and knowledge
Essential criteria
1. Experience in a range of nuclear medicine procedures / techniques
2. Basic knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
3. Able to use Excel, Word etc. to set up documents and spreadsheets and extract information.
4. Able to follow protocols with high degree of accuracy and reproducibility.
5. Knowledge of infection risk and principles of infection control
6. Basic knowledge of the principles and techniques of nuclear medicine
7. Able to concentrate even when subject to unpredictable working patterns
Desirable criteria
8. Experience working in a nuclear medicine
9. Advanced skills in use of Excel Skills in Access query development
Education and qualifications
Essential criteria
10. Qualification in a scientific/ technical/ healthcare subject at degree level
Desirable criteria
11. Qualification in relevant subject at MSc level
