Responsibilities
* Define program objectives and develop roadmaps aligned with business goals.
* Oversee all aspects of assigned programs from initiation through delivery.
* Develop and manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently.
* Act as a bridge between senior leadership and project teams; provide regular updates.
* Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
* Track progress, KPIs, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
* Facilitate collaboration across departments and manage interdependencies.
* Drive operational excellence and process optimization.
Required Qualifications
* Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in program / project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
* Strategic thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
* Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
* PMP (Project Management Professional)
* PgMP (Program Management Professional)
* Agile / Scrum Certifications (CSM, SAFe)
