Job Summary
Provide 2:1 support to a young male with learning disabilities and complex needs, assisting with daily activities and community integration as part of his education plan. This is a crucial role requiring a car driver to facilitate travel.
Shift
09:00 - 17:00
Experience
Minimum 6 months experience in mental health or hospital settings.
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and understanding Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills Valid driving license and access to a car
