Production Operator
Location: Goole - James Street
Type: Temporary ongoing work
Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00am - 7:00pm (no weekends)
The Best Connection is currently recruiting a Production Operator for our client in Goole. This is an immediate start opportunity with the possibility of a long-term role for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure Health & Safety compliance is maintained at all times; H&S is the top priority
* Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
* Jet wash IBCs (Intermediate Bulk Containers) wearing waterproof clothing and safety wellies
* Follow warehouse procedures including stock control
* Participate in factory cleaning schedules
* Respect and maintain operational and welfare facilities
* Uphold safety, hygiene, and quality standards throughout the site
Candidate Requirements:
* Strong work ethic and reliability essential
* Good timekeeping and attendance record
* Effective communication skills
* Basic computer literacy
* Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
