Overview of the Role:
We are seeking reliable and compassionate Drivers to join our team at My Way Support CIC. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting staff members from their homes in Okehampton and the surrounding areas and transporting them to a supported living house in Thorndon Cross. Staff will need to arrive at Thorndon Cross for the start of their shifts at 8am, 3pm and 10pm and then collect staff finishing their shifts and transport home. This is a 7 day a week operation from Monday to Sunday.
Ideal Candidate:
- A full, clean UK driving licence
- Previous driving experience, ideally in a similar role
- A compassionate and supportive attitude towards others
- Punctuality and reliability are essential
- Strong communication skills to ensure smooth interaction with staff
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
