Your new role
As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you’ll work closely with our Tax Partners and wider team to deliver specialist tax advisory andpliance services that help clients achieve their wider objectives. You’ll manage a portfolio ofplex business tax clients and lead on advisory projects, including:
1. Reviewing tax returns,putations, and tax accounting disclosures
2. Signing out tax returns forplex clients independently
3. Advising on corporate tax planning, restructuring, andpliance
4. Supporting clients with HMRC enquiries and disputes
5. Collaborating with audit and advisory teams to provide a seamless service
6. Driving business development opportunities and contributing to firm-wide improvements
7. Coaching and mentoring junior team members

What you'll need to succeed
8. Extensive experience delivering corporate tax advisory and/orpliance work
9. Professional qualification (CTA, ACA, or equivalent)
10. Strong technical knowledge across corporate tax and shareholder taxes
11. Experience managing a variety of clients (large corporate groups, AIM-listed, private equity-backed, owner-managed businesses)
12. Excellentmunication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
13. A collaborative mindset and passion for developing others
14. A knack for removing jargon and delivering a “wow!” client experience
