Requirements
Must have:
- Previous Helpdesk/IT Support (telephone/remote support) experience - Excellent telephone manner and communication skills with a strong customer service focus - Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Desktop and knowledge of Server Operating Systems - Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration and Troubleshooting - Fully conversant with PC hardware set-up, configuration and troubleshooting - A hands-on approach with a willingness to learn - Full UK Driving Licence and access to own transport is essential for this role - GCSE or equivalent (preferred) - Technical support/Helpdesk: 2 years (required)
Responsibilities:
- Provide helpdesk support to clients, assisting them with hardware and software problems via Internet, phone, and email - Work collaboratively within the IT Helpdesk Team - Maintain a supportive environment focused on knowledge sharing and quality customer service - Stay updated with the latest technologies, techniques, initiatives, and industry changes - Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and career progression
