We’re looking for a driven Branch Manager to take full ownership of a Trade Counter Branch based in Orpington– a one-stop shop for window and door installation solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role with real influence, working closely with the Sales Director to drive performance, profitability and customer satisfaction. What you’ll do Lead the day-to-day operations, housekeeping and security of the branch Manage budgets, stock, rotas and resources to hit (and exceed) KPIs Drive branch sales, margin and profitability Develop and motivate a high-performing team through clear leadership and regular reviews Ensure outstanding customer service at every touchpoint Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety, financial and company policies Monitor performance, analyse results and report on branch activity What we’re looking for Proven experience managing a sales-driven branch or similar environment Strong commercial mindset with experience of budgets, stock and KPIs Confident people manager who builds team spirit and delivers results Excellent communication, organisation and reporting skills Customer-focused, resilient and comfortable managing change Degree-level qualification or equivalent commercial experience Why join us?
