Key Responsibilities Inspect works and address quality issues before concrete pours, drainage backfill, and related activities. Collaborate closely with Site Management to plan upcoming works and anticipate technical challenges. Mentor and guide junior engineers and chainmen. Maintain effective site control and ensure smooth operations. Carry out quantity take-offs for site ordering and resource planning. Work as a proactive team player, reporting to the Foreman and Site/Project Manager. Identify and resolve technical and on-site problems. Oversee and implement ITPs, specifications, and QA standards across the project. Track and monitor as-built documentation for successful handovers. Understand third-party handover requirements (e.g., ICOSA, Highways, Local Authorities). Produce accurate CAD drawings as required. Raise RFIs and technical submittals, ensuring registers are managed effectively. Manage and oversee temporary works. Desirable Skills & Qualifications Temporary Works Training (advantageous). Ambition to progress to Project Manager level. General Expectations Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times. Able to work collaboratively with trades and operatives to support timely programme delivery. Eligible to work in the UK.
