Job Description
1. Manage on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
2. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction workers.
3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
4. Monitor project budgets and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to address project challenges.
6. Ensure materials and resources are available and properly managed on-site.
7. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
8. Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules and permits.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Construction Superintendent should have:
9. Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
10. Experience in commercial construction new construction including retail and commercial up to $10M
11. Proven ability to lead and manage construction teams effectively.
12. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
13. Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
14. Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
15. A proactive approach to managing project schedules and budgets.
