Trained Doctors in Critical Care / Intensive Care Medicine are invited to join the Bank for ad-hoc shifts at The Harborne Hospital.

Applicants will need:
* GMC Registration and License to Practice in the UK
* Intensive Care Medicine training, minimum ST4 in Critical Care and Anaesthesia
* Experience in a level 3 Critical Care Adult Unit
* Ability to manage complex airways
* A passion for teamwork, patient care, and sharing best practices
Selection process:
CV review, Critical Care Log-book review, interview with the Lead Doctor, and onboarding checks, taking approximately 4 weeks.
