Role Overview
We are a new homeopathic pharmacy in the final stages of obtaining our GPhC pharmacy premises licence, and we’re looking for an experienced Pharmacy Compliance Consultant to guide us through the final regulatory steps. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys small, mission‑led healthcare environments and can confidently support a niche pharmacy right up to inspection and licensing – without taking on RP responsibilities.
* Provide expert guidance on GPhC regulatory requirements for a newly established pharmacy
* Review and refine our current compliance framework, documentation, and workflows
* Ensure all policies, procedures, and SOPs align with GPhC expectations
* Support us in achieving inspection readiness for our premises licence
* Advise on safe systems for dispensing, stock control, quality assurance, and record‑keeping
* Identify and close any remaining compliance gaps to ensure a smooth licensing process
* Review our website content and product labelling for regulatory compliance
About You
You will have:
* Strong experience in GPhC compliance within a community pharmacy and/or dispensary setting
* A proven track record of supporting pharmacies through licensing, inspections, or regulatory audits
* Excellent understanding of SOP writing, quality systems, and safe operating standards
* The ability to translate regulations into practical, workable processes for a small team
* Clear, confident communication skills and a proactive, solution‑focused approach
* Experience with homeopathic or complementary medicines is an advantage, but not essential
Why Work With Us?

As our consultant, you will:

* Contribute directly to a safe, compliant, patient‑focused pharmacy in a growing niche area
