Flexible Hours & Rotas – Weekly rota issued in advance, with start times from 8:00-8:30am and finish times between 5:30-6:30pm. One full day off per week, plus no overnight on-call—just one evening on-call per week until 9pm (with a later start at 1pm that day). Shared Weekend Rota – One full weekend in five, with morning consults on Saturday and Sunday, plus on-call until 5pm. Enjoy Mondays and Fridays off the following week! Your Role: As part of our veterinary team, you'll be responsible for: ✅ Conducting consultations and medical treatments. ✅ Performing surgical procedures, including routine surgeries and neutering. ✅ Participating in the shared weekend rota (1 in 5). ✅ Supporting and mentoring colleagues when needed. ✅ Upholding high clinical standards in line with RCVS and practice protocols. What We’re Looking For: We’re after a proactive, team-focused vet with great communication skills and a passion for delivering top-tier patient care. While large animal experience is helpful, it’s not essential—this role is mostly small animal-focused. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use are required.
