About the opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in measurement, take-offs, preparing Bills of Quantities, and proficiency in CostX software.
In this role you will
* Provide pre and post contract quantity surveying and commercial support on various projects.
* Manage client interactions to ensure clear communication and strong relationships.
* Prepare and present cost reports for project tracking and decision-making.
* Conduct evaluations to assess progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
* Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance and managing deliverables.
* Handle change management, including evaluating requests and updating documentation.
About you
Candidates should have experience in estimating, cost and change management, contract administration, and preparation of BOQs. Requirements include:
* Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent
* Minimum 2 years' experience
* Professional qualifications - Bachelor of Science
