We’re working with a rapidly growing manufacturing business in Burnley who have recently received significant investment and are entering an exciting new phase of growth.
They’re now looking for an ambitious and driven Production Team Leader to join the team — someone who can take ownership of a busy production area, motivate their team, and help drive performance as the business scales.
The Role:
* Lead and support a team of production operatives to achieve daily output targets.
* Ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are consistently met.
* Work closely with the Production Manager to implement improvements and maintain a high-performing culture.
* Take a hands-on approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
About You:
* You’re an experienced team leader or supervisor, ideally from a technical or engineering-led manufacturing environment.
* You enjoy getting the best out of people and leading by example.
* You’re ambitious, proactive, and thrive in a growing business where your input makes a visible difference.
Salary & Benefits
£38,000 + 9% Pension + 33 days holiday
