About the role
We are seeking a passionate and innovative Lecturer / Course Manager to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in Food and Business, with a particular focus on our Eden Programme specialising in dairy technology. You will play a key role in curriculum development, student support, and industry engagement.
Key responsibilities
* Develop and deliver curriculum content to meet learner and industry needs.
* Lead and guide students in practical and theoretical learning activities.
* Assess and support learners using a variety of methods to maximise potential.
* Build relationships with industry stakeholders to enhance reputation and income streams.
* Ensure high standards in health and safety, safeguarding, and equality and diversity.
The successful candidate will
* Hold a Level 4 qualification and Level 2 Maths & English (or equivalent).
* Possess or be willing to work towards a recognised teaching qualification.
* Demonstrate inspirational teaching ability, particularly in practicals.
* Be self-motivated with the ability to enthuse learners and build industry relationships.
* Have strong IT skills and a clear understanding of business drivers in the food industry.
