Position Overview:
As a Automotive Industry based Customer Service Advisor, you will be the face of our company, providing excellent customer service and support to clients in the automotive service sector. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with a customer service background and a genuine enthusiasm for cars or willingness to learn. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you develop the necessary skills to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers and assist with inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Schedule service appointments and communicate effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
3. Liaise between customers and the service department to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
4. Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and timelines.
5. Upsell additional services based on customer needs and manufacturer recommendations.
6. Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy and a solution-oriented approach.
7. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service transactions.
Qualifications:
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.
10. Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
12. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
Training:
