Supply SEND Teacher
Location: Bradford
Salary: 160-220 Dependent on experience
Contract: Flexible / Supply / Long-term opportunities available
Start Date: ASAP
The Role
* Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to pupils with a range of SEND, including Autism (ASC), Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
* Managing small class groups, often supported by skilled Teaching Assistants.
* Adapting quickly to different school environments and pupil needs.
* Promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere.
* Working with school staff to ensure continuity of learning for pupils.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
* Experience teaching in SEND or a strong interest in SEND education.
* Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to adapt quickly.
* A passion for making a difference to children and young people with additional needs.
* A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply).
