Key job responsibilities
- Support campaign development from title conception to launch
- Build out and communicate marketing campaign from campaign positioning, to strategic pillars
- Lead creative development of core marketing assets
- Support talent management with studio and cross functional team throughout the campaign
- Partner and collaborate with a wide-range of internal (ranging from Studios, PR, Insights, legal...) and external (agencies, production companies) stakeholders to ensure coherent and timely campaign delivery.
- Lead post campaign analysis and reporting
- Stakeholder management across Italian teams. Written and spoken Italian to an intermediate or fluent level is essential.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience in marketing or marketing research
- Written and spoken Italian to an intermediate or fluent level is essential
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
