We are looking for a chef manager for our African Restaurant.
You should have experience and knowledge in West African cuisine, particularly Nigeria food preparation and ingredients.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the overall running of kitchen & restaurant.
* Train & Delegate tasks to staff.
* Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients.
-Interact with customers to measure success and gain ideas
-Keep up to date with food innovations.
* Manage our online order apps
-Monitor stock and place order
* Ensure compliance with Health & safety regulations
* Lead others by example.
Requirements
* Have proven work experience as chef/ cook
* Have knowledge of West African cuisine, ingredients, sauce preparation.
* Have good leadership skills and management ability
