We are looking to recruit an IT and AV Technician to join our highly effective Digital Support function within the wider support staff team. The appointed person will provide first line technical and media support, including.
* Trouble shooting and resolving user problems.
* Addressing issues with hardware and software.
* Undertaking specific maintenance and update tasks on the School’s network to support learning, teaching and business operations.
* Assisting with the smooth running of school events and co-curricular activities requiring the use of audio-visual equipment.

Working Hours
* 35 hours per week.
* Permanent, term-time only.
* Two breaks of 30 minutes to be taken at times agreed with managers.
* Normal working hours: 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm. Some flexibility required – with advance notice - to provide support for out of hours events being hosted by the School.
Salary And Benefits
* Local Government Scale Points 2 – 4 including Outer London weighting: Actual
* Salary range of £22,395 - £23,034 per annum (FTE equivalent: £27,345 - £28,125 pa).
* Membership of Local Government Pension Scheme.
