We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planned works across multiple sites in the Coalville area, with time split between site visits and office-based coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage retrofit and decarbonisation workstreams across social housing projects.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
* Lead and support site teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
* Coordinate schedules, resources, and reporting across multiple locations.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

* Social housing retrofit programmes
* Net zero and decarbonisation initiatives
* Multi-stream delivery across planned works
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the social housing sector
* Strong knowledge of net zero and decarbonisation strategies
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively
