Our client in Ashby-de-la-Zouch is seeking a confident, proactive finance professional to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can quickly pick up new processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately allocate incoming payments across multiple accounts
* Manage and maintain the sales ledger, ensuring timely resolution of queries
* Proactively chase overdue debt via phone and email
* Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies
* Support the wider finance team during busy periods
* Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
About You
1. Strong experience in credit control, cash allocation, or a similar finance role
2. Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
3. Comfortable working with high volumes and tight deadlines
