The Role
As Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to ensure the CEO can operate efficiently and effectively. You will also support the General Manager across multiple departments, contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and schedule.
* Organise and prepare for meetings, including agendas, documents, and minutes.
* Handle incoming correspondence (emails, calls, mail) on behalf of the CEO.
* Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for both personal and business trips.
* Support the CEO with confidential tasks and projects.
* Track deadlines and follow-ups, ensuring timely completion of CEO and GM-led initiatives.
* Provide administrative support to departments such as HR, Sales, Operations, and Finance.
* Assist with data entry, document preparation, and report formatting.
* Help coordinate internal events, meetings, and training sessions.
* Maintain and update company records and filing systems.
* Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate communication and task coordination.
* Provide ad hoc project support during periods of limited departmental capacity.
* Support the onboarding process for new employees and coordinate exit interviews for leavers.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong sense of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
* Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
