The Role
We're looking for a reliable and organised Admin Assistant to support our in-house recruitment and general admin operations. You'll help us grow our team and keep things running smoothly—both in the office and remotely.
Responsibilities
* Assist with recruitment tasks (posting job ads, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
* Maintain and update internal documents and training materials
* Handle incoming calls and emails professionally
* Support day-to-day admin tasks including data entry, filing, and team coordination
* Help streamline processes and improve efficiency
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, email)
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Previous admin or recruitment experience is a bonus, but not essential
