The Lendlock Group are seeking a talented and versatile Photographer to join our in-house marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in capturing high-quality imagery that showcases our brands, products, and operations across the Group. The role is based in Burnley with visits to other companies within the Group.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a close knit team, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager you will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's brand presence, driving sales performance. You'll be working to promote the UK based, family-owned group of companies (SACO Ltd, Nekem Packaging, InstaPac, Integrated Aluminium Components Ltd, Scott Closures Ltd and GTL Plastics Ltd) within the Lendlock Group.
You will use your creativity to develop compelling marketing materials and implement innovative strategies that showcase the Group's products across numerous channels. You will be highly commercial and have an excellent understanding of brand identity and consumer behaviour.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Capture professional e-commerce product photography for web and digital platforms.
* Take engaging factory, workplace, and lifestyle images to reflect brand identity and values.
• Retouch and edit photography to the highest standard using Adobe Creative Suite.
* Manage, organise, and archive photography files for easy access and long-term use.
* Collaborate with marketing, design, and the group company heads to teams to deliver imagery that meets campaign and brand requirements.
* Ensure consistent visual quality and alignment with brand guidelines
* Support creative projects with videography where required (experience in video capture and editing is desirable but not essential).
* Stay updated on photography trends and techniques to keep our content fresh and engaging.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Proven experience as a Commercial/E-commerce photographer.
* Skilled in using Adobe Creative Suite for editing, retouching, and asset management.
* Strong eye for composition, detail, and colour accuracy. Ability to manage files and maintain an organised digital asset library.
* Confident working across different environments - from studio-style product shoots to on-site factory/industrial photography.
* Knowledge of videography and editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects) a strong advantage.
* Excellent time management, organisation, and communication skills.
* A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
