General Manager – Growth & Commercial Development Location: Shefford, Bedfordshire Working Hours: Full Time (Monday–Thursday 8:30 am–5:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am–2:00 pm) Salary: £50,000 basic commission on increased sales benefits package The Role Established in 1996, our client is a specialist supplier of water quality monitoring instrumentation, electrochemical sensors, and associated products, operating primarily within the water industry. This is a senior leadership position focused on driving commercial growth and shaping the future direction of the business. As General Manager, you will take ownership of revenue growth, strengthen key client relationships, and develop new business opportunities across both product sales and service contracts. The business is consistently profitable with significant untapped potential across its existing customer base and wider market opportunities—this role has been created to unlock that growth.
