What you will do: You will work with older adults who have a range of mental health issues. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in close partnership with colleagues in primary care, community, social work and third sector. The post holders will also assist in the delivery of post diagnostic support to patients newly diagnosed with dementia. As a registered Mental Health Nurse, on Part 3 of the NMC Register, you will be an integral member of the team working within a distinct locality within East Ayrshire providing assessment, care, support and interventions to patients and carers living in East Ayrshire.
