Industrious Recruitment are seeking an Engineer working on assembly lines within a manufacturing environment for our client based in Leighton Buzzard Working within a team of co-workers who focus on pro-active maintenance. Helping to reduce engineering downtime and improve overall productivity. There will be a requirement to work alone on small tasks, as well as working within a team Quick learner with foundation of engineering work and understanding in the diverse equipment in use. The role holder will possess the capability to grow within the role, and it is anticipated that sustained successful delivery within this role will lead to further opportunities within the organisation. The Shift Engineer reports directly to the Moulding & Assembling Engineering Supervisor The role has internal contact with all departments on site and Suppliers Contractors and Other Engineering Department.
