What You’ll Be Doing Handling high volumes of inbound/outbound calls, web chats, and emails Registering client details and coordinating property viewings Scheduling property valuations Working closely with your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve performance goals What We’re Looking For ✅ Motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently ✅ Confident communicator with excellent telephone skills ✅ Resilient under pressure and deadline-focused ✅ Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment ✅ Organised and great with time management ✅ Tech-savvy and quick with data entry ✅ Track record of providing excellent customer service Why Join Us?
