About The Job: As a Corporate Senior Associate Solicitor, you will have the chance to manage your own caseload and client relationships, working closely with Senior Lawyers on high-value matters. You will also lead on smaller deals and have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including Private Companies and PLCs, both domestically and internationally. What we are looking for: To be considered for this role, we are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years' PQE experience as a Corporate Senior Associate or an Associate operating at a more senior level. You should be a technical specialist with expertise in a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, private equity investments, buyouts, joint ventures, reorganisations, and corporate governance. In addition, we expect you to have experience supporting the technical development of junior team members and demonstrating engagement in networking and business development activities. To excel in this role, you should be motivated, a team player, commercially minded, calm under pressure, and capable of working autonomously and collaboratively.
