We’re looking for an experienced Interim Director of People Services to join Bron Afon on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a key senior leadership role, giving you the opportunity to shape our people agenda, lead cultural change, and help drive organisational improvement.
At Bron Afon, we’re a community-owned social housing organisation with a clear social purpose and a strong commitment to helping people and communities thrive.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Resources, you’ll lead HR, learning and development, internal communications and engagement, wellbeing, and EDI. We’re looking for a credible senior people leader with strong HR/OD experience, excellent judgement, and the ability to lead through change in a complex environment.

Work4 pilot
We are currently running a pilot of working a 4-day week (4DW). We have been running this pilot since September 2024. The pilot has been extended to October 2026.
