About the role\n\nAs an Apprentice Sales Development Administrator for Arnold Clark, youâll play a key role in making our sales development training is a success. Youâll plan and book courses and make sure data is accurate and up to date on our in-house learning platform. You will work towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification whilst learning all the aspects of the role.\u00A0\n\nThis varied admin role would suit someone who is very organised, has great attention to detail, and enjoys working with others.\n\nDay-to-day duties\n\nPlanning and managing course bookings, to help our sales development training run smoothly.\nMaintaining accurate staff training records.\nCommunicating daily with branch employees and management teams to keep them informed of upcoming staff training.\nUpdating and maintaining user info on the Groupâs learning system.\nMaking sure the course booking system is accurate and up to date. Essential skills\n\nExcellent levels of organisation, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.\nFantastic communication skills.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office.\nThe ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative.
