We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator at Meridian Trust Head Office in Sawtry. In this key role you will manage day‑to‑day operations of the office, handling post, welcoming visitors, supporting room bookings, organising hospitality and serving as the go‑to person for staff stationery and other requirements.
Responsibilities
* Work with a strong, fun, enthusiastic team.
* Provide diary management and administrative support to the COO and Directors.
* Filter telephone calls and visitors, deal with enquiries, make appointments and arrange conferences and meetings.
* Act in accordance with legal provisions regulating confidentiality and security of data and GDPR.
Qualifications
* Good educational background with evidence of CPD.
* Working knowledge of a range of software packages.
* Awareness of child protection issues.
* High level of personal organisational skills.
* Outstanding communication skills and personal integrity.
Salary & benefits
* Salary: Meridian Trust Grade 5, Point 5 – £11,876.
* Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 39 weeks per year (term time plus 5 days).
