The role will be for 15 hoursper week covering the following shifts and there will also be the need tosupport the team with holiday and sickness cover.

Toensure the smooth running of the surgery by:
Assistingpatients to access the most appropriate service or healthcare professional in apolite, courteous, and effective way.
Providinggeneral assistance to the practice team and projecting a positive and friendlyimage to patients and other visitors.

Toreceive incoming and initiate outgoing telephone calls to facilitate timely andappropriate communications with others.
Toliaise with GPs, nursing staff, the Practice Manager, or any other member ofthe practice team regarding patient-related queries.
Inabsence of front desk team Receiveincoming registration forms, make necessary checks for living within boundaryand ID. Assist with anyfront desk duties required by patients or team in absence of front desk team
