The Role As Audit Director, you will lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality audit and assurance services. You will be a strategic partner to our clients, driving the firms vision while ensuring operational excellence. Develop and execute the audit strategy in alignment with the firms growth objectives. Lead the Belfast audit team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and inclusivity. Build and nurture strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. Act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored solutions to complex financial and regulatory challenges. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the firms growth Collaborate with other service lines to provide integrated solutions for clients. Ensure audits are conducted to the highest professional standards and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audits, providing technical guidance and review. Mentor and develop team members, supporting their professional growth and career progression. Lead by example, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and technical expertise. The Person ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent qualification (essential). Significant post-qualification experience in audit within a professional services environment, ideally at Senior Manager or Director level. Proven ability to manage large-scale audits and complex client engagements. Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and relevant auditing standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills. Demonstrated track record in business development and client acquisition.
