The ideal candidate will assist all departments with design projects, and be the LET’s brand advocate when liaising with external companies, partners, sponsors and media.
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Buckinghamshire Golf Club, Denham Ct Dr, Denham, Uxbridge UB9 5PG (one day a week in the office – every Tuesday. Working the other four days from home).
Salary: Competitive
N.B. The contract is until 31st March, 2026
Responsibilities
1)Design and production
* Design email marketing campaign graphics
* Design elements for website graphics
* Design social media graphics
* Design print brochures, PDFS, POS and leaflets
* Manage player imagery on website and the LET’s image library
* Take on a variety of ad-hoc, in-house design tasks
* Produce on course branding as and when needed for tournaments
* Co-ordinate the production of the annual yearbook
* Co-ordinate the production of the media guide
* Assist the Solheim Cup Director with the design and production of Solheim Cup material needed for various print and digital channels
* Assist and advise with other Heads of Departments, including the commercial team, and other staff with the production of presentations, brochures and other print or digital material
* Liaise directly with printing agencies on the production and delivery of all collateral including, books, posters, brochures etc
2) Brand management
* Ensure all collateral produced internally is in line with the brand guidelines and values
* Ensure the correct use of the brand guidelines by third parties
3) Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or similar relevant qualification
4) Experience
* Knowledge of Adobe
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office365, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams.
* Detail oriented and able to deliver accurate work within established deadlines
* Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
* Good time management skills
* Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Experience of working in sport is preferred but not essential
