1-1 Teaching Assistant
Location: Primary School within the Cardiff Area (CF23)

Pay: £89.38 per day
About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated teaching assistant to join our friendly team at Teaching Personnel, providing 1:1 support to a child with behavioural needs within a primary setting. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable hands-on experience and make a real difference in a child’s learning experience.

Key responsibilities:
* Provide consistent 1:1 support to a child with behavioural needs.
* Help create a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment.
* Is patient, proactive and enthusiastic about supporting young learners.
* Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively.
* Closely follow the school’s policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Experience working with children in a primary setting is desirable, but not essential.
* A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
* DBS Enhanced Child only on the update service or willing to undergo a new check.
* Willingness to complete relevant safeguarding training.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
