The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Lead to join our growing marketing team. This person will play a key role in supporting campaign execution, reporting, design coordination, and day-to-day marketing operations. You’ll be working closely with the Head of Marketing and wider team to ensure our channels are running smoothly and delivering impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Campaign Support & Ownership
o Assist in planning, launching, and monitoring marketing campaigns across email, social, direct mail, and digital channels
o Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholder input to keep campaigns on track
o Own campaigns end-to-end with support from the team, measuring the success and providing recommendations
* Reporting & Insights
o Compile and maintain regular performance reports across channels to provide to the HoM and wider business
o Help interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
o Support ad-hoc reporting requests from the team
* Design & Creative Coordination
o Liaise with designers and external partners to brief and manage creative assets
o Ensure brand consistency across all materials
o Assist with light design tasks (e.g. Canva or similar tools)
* Team & Channel Support
o Respond to ad-hoc queries from the marketing team and wider business
o Help maintain marketing systems, tools, and documentation
o Support with content uploads, scheduling, and basic web updates
o Assist with marketing spend budget management

* Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics, LinkedIn)
