NOBL menswear offers a contemporary twist on classic. Our aim is to provide a simple, minimalist yet versatile menswear concept. Whilst bridging the gap in the market for high quality pieces at affordable prices, our aim is to inspire you to buy less and choose better. Each piece is designed with the intention to last, with quality and fit being at the forefront of our mission.
From our launch in 2022, as Nobl continues to grow we are looking for a passionate, hardworking and humble individual to join us on this exciting journey in this newly created role.
Role and Responsibilities
* Develop strategies to elevate and build our brand identity, managing brand positioning and driving brand awareness
* Drive engagement strategies to build brand loyalty
* Define and deliver brand strategies to support the development of our brand identity in line with overall business strategy and objectives
* Identifying opportunities to build customer loyalty and drive growth
* Plan and execute brand campaigns and work with Social Media Manager to create content for social platforms, ensuring brand consistency is maintained across all touchpoints
* Keep up to date with market and consumer trends to continually review Nobl’s brand positioning within the market
* Maintain knowledge of new and emerging technologies and approaches to marketing and adapt/implement as necessary
* Oversee brand communication strategies, ensuring all messaging is consistent, engaging, and aligned with brand objectives
* Establish and maintain brand guidelines
* Develop a clear understanding of our customer profiles to ensure all activity is tailored to meet their needs
* Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and experience
* Budget management
* Collaborate with the third party agencies to provide creative content for paid advertising
Skills and Experience
* Relevant experience in Brand or Marketing Management role within fashion, luxury, beauty or lifestyle brands
* Experience of utilising data and insight to develop successful growth campaigns
* Strong understanding of what makes a brand successful in social
* Can evidence impact and growth on social media channels in previous roles
* Highly creative with strong organisational, analytical and problem solving skills
