Customer and Trading Manager - Convenience
We are seeking a Customer and Trading Manager for our Convenience stores. This role leads store operations, drives customer service, and coaches a small management team to deliver excellent daily performance.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with a small team of managers to ensure the store runs smoothly every day.
* Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, often as the only manager on duty with accountability for the full shop.
* Collaborate with a team to complete all tasks, ensuring customers are served efficiently and safely.
* Manage performance and capability of staff, conduct disciplinaries as needed, and ensure scheduling and pay accuracy.
* Provide support to nearby stores within a close-knit network when required.

* Experience with line management in a fast-paced, operational environment.
* Delivers brilliant customer service and coaches a team to do the same.
* Tracks and reports on KPIs or other performance indicators.
* Ability to manage disciplinaries and other employee relations issues.
