The ideal candidate will be:
* Highly knowledgeable about the latest trends and developments in social media and the digital landscape.
* Experienced in supporting and promoting both B2B and consumer clients across online platforms.
* Proficient in working with influencers, from identifying the right partners to managing long-term relationships.
* Capable of quickly getting up to speed with social listening, insights, analysis, and reporting.
* Comfortable using data and social results to craft compelling stories for clients.
* An excellent communicator, both in writing and verbally.
* Confident in contributing to new business development opportunities.
* Skilled in using social media management and analytics tools.
* Eager to share their expertise and help colleagues and clients enhance their social media knowledge.
* Consultative in their approach when managing client relationships.
* Experienced in mentoring and coaching junior team members.
* Forward-thinking, proactive, and capable of working independently.
