Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant the duties include assisting with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation and medication management, promoting independence and a sense of well-being among service users.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Be over the age of 18 to apply
* Have the right to work in the UK
* Be a UK resident
* Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting
* Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
* Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
* Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector
